Benita Dayaljee – Director
Benita graduated cum laude with her BA LLB degree from the University of Witwatersrand in 2013 and won the Gildenhuys Lessing Malatji award for the highest mark obtained in the subject Evidence. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information and Communications Law.
Benita was admitted to practice in 2016 and heads up our Litigation department dealing with matters for individuals. Her experience and competence enable her to successfully help our clients with the following;
- All family law matters including divorce proceedings, settlement agreements, and parenting plans in respect of minor children.
- Representation in labour and employment law disputes, including the chairing of disciplinary hearings;
- Acting for individuals in respect of all litigation matters, whether relating to family law matters, consumer protection disputes, labour matters, property and neighbour disputes, in all courts and forums.
